As Technical Sales Engineer you are an integral part of our Sales Support Office that provides support on various sales engineering core competencies (logistic data analyses, technical calculations, tooling etc.) for global sales projects. Additionally, our team executes development projects for sales teams worldwide both on tactical as well as on strategical level.
In this role you’ll work closely with our Sales Engineers and other disciplines, providing operational support to our sales teams across the globe. Most of the support is given remotely so clear communication between you and the sales team(s) is key. Having strong communication skills and having experience in working with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds will help you to succeed in this role.
Furthermore, we need you to master skills on engineering content such as power and noise calculations and pricing data, to be able to advise sales teams and relieve sales colleagues on specific customer questions (related to these topics). As you can imagine, our sales environment is fast and dynamic and therefore requires a flexible attitude and careful planning skills.
Moreover, you will perform developments on specific areas to create (new) content, methods and tooling to contribute to the output quality and response time of the sales teams.

Ben jij de Sales Engineer die wij zoeken?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical subject
Minimum of 2 years work experience in an international engineering company
Experienced in AutoCAD and other engineering related tooling
Experienced in working in or with multicultural teams
Strong communication skills with good level of Dutch and English both verbal as well as written (other languages such as French, German and/or Spanish would be considered a plus)
Living in the Netherlands

Consulting sales teams worldwide
Planning, executing and handing-over sales support activities
Planning, preparing and leading global sales engineering developments within certain core competencies
Provide feedback, share best practices and train our global sales teams to continuously improve
Aligning with different stakeholders (each department that is somehow involved in the activities as part of your specific core competencies)
Managing deadlines and milestones
Content development and set-up of new methods & tools
AutoCAD skills and developing, maintaining and using different (calculation) tools
